- Empowered women groups taking control over PDS outlet, curb on liquor trading, enforcing compulsory girl education, defering child marriage till 16 years etc.;

- First time in rural areas initiatives for certification and linkages for assistive support to CWDs/PWDs;
- For first time implemented computer aided literacy programme for rural tribal women;
- Pioneering work in promoting village Sanitation through garbage free village drive, soak pits, low cost toilets, grey water reuse technique;
