To address our avowed mission two most important resources we need are: finance and manpower. While we get financial resources in the form of project/programme specific grants and donations along with generating fee based revenue for rendering our expertise/technical services. We see human as our most important asset and we work continually to enrich it to tackle present and emerging challenges to community development. Over the years BYPASS has grown from strength to strength. The present cadre strength of 17 professionals and 22 Para professionals drawn from diverse disciplines like: agriculture, education, environment science, forest management, engineering, social work, rural management and commerce.
