BYPASS , a green NGO, is looking for committed and dynamic worker such as you. It is a non-profit, non-partisan and non-government organization, working in the field of community and human resources development in the backward regions of India. Established in Bhopal in 1995, the NGO envisions people working together for sustainable development, self-reliance, and equitable society. BYPASS conducts various development activities and implements community projects through the assistance of government agencies, local NGOs and international donors. It is one of the pioneering local organizations that adopted participatory approaches in working with marginalized families and communities. At present it is working in 12 districts of Madhya Pradesh and Maharastra. BYPASS has unique expertise in the areas of watershed, community development , livelihoods etc. It has implemented various best practice models and helped scale and share them.

BYPASS engages in raising community awareness and in bringing grassroot realities to the fore. We network, campaign and exchange information. Our tools for efficient action are campaigning, education, research, training and development action.
